Commonly used in homes, the cleaning ball is a spherical object made of polymerization with fine iron wire, which can effectively clean dirt from the surface of the object. Almost all homes or offices have metal cleaning balls, so use a rag and detergent to remove dirt from the strong friction of iron balls and steel wires on hard-to-clean surfaces. So, how to choose a steel wool ball?
There are two main types of steel wires that do not rust on the cleaning ball, stainless iron and stainless steel, and the easy difference is the lack of magnetism. It is generally believed that a magnet is 12 to 18 percent chromium-containing substance, i.e., iron that does not rust. Generally, magnets are not easy to attract 304 or 302 in the stainless steel industry, and there are few stainless steels in China. However, exceptions are made if the factory has specific parts that need to be specially manufactured.
The other line of pure copper that is not rusted is called pure copper wire, but it is actually impure because pure copper cannot form a pattern, usually a copper alloy such as zinc alloy.
Another kind of rust-free wire, which is actually rusty, that is, copper-plated wire, theoretically, copper-plated wire should not be rusted, at least much better than galvanized wire, but this is theoretical data, because due to the limitation of the production process, the anti-rust performance of copper-plated wire is far inferior to that of galvanized wire, and the hot-dip galvanizing process of high-galvanized wire is not the same.
